O mal cheiro na entrada do prédio é tbm na casa de banho do 1 quarto e um fedor muito forte e iso é bem desagradável mas de resto nada a reclama

I think the apartment has a mold or moisture problem. The air smelled extremely musty, and airing it out doesn't seem to help much. Overall, the apartment is in much worse condition than it appears in the photos. The key box was stuck, but I was able to reach the landlord right away.
