The host is very kind and responds very quickly to your questions. The apartment is well located for our needs, as we were going to a rugby tournament at the university fields and it was very close. The apartment was clean, and the price we paid was low.

The apartment is not what we expected based on the photos posted. The main bedroom has no window at all, and the secondary bedroom opens onto the apartment’s internal gallery, which is the dining area and connects directly to the kitchen. This lack of direct ventilation in the bedrooms makes the smell of damp very unpleasant, which is by far the main issue. In addition, the en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom vents into the kitchen through a pipe. Although there is an extractor fan, the smells end up coming into the kitchen. As a minor point, there are also very few power outlets in the apartment. Although the price was low, there were certain basic health and hygiene standards that the apartment did not meet.

No había desayuno. Era apartamento. Me parece lamentable que ustedes no sepan que no estaba incluido el desayuno. La ubicación bien. Tenía buen transporte próximo al apartamento.

El olor a humedad sobre todo en la entrada y una habitación era insoportable. Me parece lamentable que ustedes como plataforma tengan estás viviendas tan poco sanas en su página. Los colchones de una de las habitaciones malos y viejos. No cuesta tanto un colcon de más calidad, al darte la vuelta te despertabas y despertabas a la otra persona. Ustedes y el anfitrión tienen que tratar bien a los huéspedes. Yo dejo todo en muy buen estado. Lamento que haya otros huéspedes que no lo hagan. También tendrían que valorarnos a los que los ocupamos.

Un appartement spacieux avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains

Arrivée le 1er jour l appartement était inondé à cause du refoulement des eaux usées. 3eme jour obligé d appeler car l évier était à nouveau bouché et les tuyaux d évacuation fuyaient dans la cuisine. Nous avons aussi signalé la présence de cafards, personne n a rien fait. La terrasse l enfer, en vis à vis totale sur celle d à côté et là le pire non mentionné dans l annonce bien sûr de 6h a 00hoo les avions qui passent au ras du toit du bâtiment toutes les 3 minutes, l horreur. La ventilation ne fonctionnait pas dans les salles de bains et quand nous partions à notre retour l odeur était infecté dans l appartement.

La rapidité des échanges, logement très propre, vraiment pas loin de Lisbonne 5/6km en voiture nous avons effectué les déplacements qu’avec uber ou bolt vraiment pas cher , de plus il y a un restaurant portugais à coté du logement extra je conseille sans problème

Le problème des avions qui passent au dessus de la tête , toutes les 3 mn , la literie des deux petits lits a changé matelas plus oreiller, il manque un micro onde, et une machine à laver

I really liked the spacious apartment in great location! The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful because I was alone with a broken leg. Also the Host provided a new pan when I requested one because there were two old scratched pans that were unusable. He also provided a new night light because the old one was broken. The neighbor's lemon tree also brought mediterranean vibes in the middle of busy city life. Also it's very rare in Lisbon to find affordable accommondation that allows pets so my cat was very happy! My cat loved the terrace and the birds. Evenn though he was initially scared of the airplane noise, he quickly got used to it and it didn't bother me or my cat.

A bit noisy and the hallway sounds are very clear in the master bedroom but this is city life so it's normal.
