Bungavilla House in La Isla

The location is brilliant, easy to walk to the Arenal. The pool is absolutely stunning and we loved the balcony. The apartment has a great back covered balcony to air clothes and dry them. The whole apartment was spotless and was very well decorated. It was perfect location wise with lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby.

The bed in the main bedroom was a bit uncomfortable. It was a bit noisy and probably needs a new mattress. The air con in the second bedroom wasn’t very efficient.

Cute apartment, 5 minutes walk away from the beach.

The property was excellent, very clean and modern. We had no issues whatsoever. The little extra touches like beach towels, chairs being provided made the whole stay less stressful. Lots of car parking also a positive.

The main apartment door not staying shut unless you lock with the key was an issue if one of us wanted to go out to use the pool or just go out as we had to split the keys from the key ring.

Quiet location, great for access to the Arenal and beach. The property remained cool throughout despite the heat outdoors.

We would have preferred a walk-in shower.

Where to start?! We loved the fabulous pool and beautiful garden area. I like the sun my husband likes the shade and there's plenty of both.😊 The apartment is less than ten minutes walk to the beach area where there are lots of lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. We loved the balcony, with the lovely lights and tablecloth. I loved the fact there were two, yes two, full length mirrors! There was plenty of wardrobe space and loads of clothes hangers, often you get the space but only a few hangers. The bathroom, although small actually never streamed up, we had the window slightly open all the time, as we hung a towel over it to keep the heat out.

The only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't stay longer!
