Bungavilla House in La Isla

1. Size of property was good and felt secure. 2. Gardens and pool appeared well kept although unable and not expected to use as we visited in February. 3. Quiet location and only a few minutes walk to Arsenal beach area. 4. Easy parking.

1. Freezing cold and electric supply insufficient to maintain comfortable heat in winter, without tripping fuses. 2. No insulation and very draughty, especially kitchen. 3. Oven smell terrible and after one use odour permeated the apartment for the whole 2 weeks and we didn’t use again. 4. Covers and cushions on sofa were dirty and needed cleaning. 5. TV fine if you subscribed to one of main providers and use personal logon. 6. No option to change sheets and towels (even if willing to pay). 7. Shower scalding or freezing.
