After booking, guests will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal in 48 hours. The remaining 70% must be paid in cash or debit card at the time of check-in. The following fees apply for late check-in: - EUR 30 after 22:00 Guests must pick-up the keys at BmyGuest Welcome Center located in Avenida da República, 45 - 6º Esc. 3. Schedule (Week): 9h30 - 22h00 Schedule (Weekend): 14h 00- 22h00Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
