The property is clean, well maintained, had plenty of parking outside for those who wish to rent a car/driving. The host was wonderful, very attentive and available to answer any questions or offer any tips.

The place a bit tight for a big family, and the showers were very small and tight for tall people. Location is a bit away from the centre, however uber is cheap, and if you like to walk and have no mobility issues should not be a problem.

El departamento está tal cual se muestra en las fotos interiores, pero la única imagen disponible sobre los alrededores del vecindario no refleja con precisión cómo es en realidad. La ubicación general (colonia y calle principal) puede verse fácilmente en Google Maps, pero lo que no se puede ver es el interior de la vecindad y sus calles internas que presentan condiciones muy diferentes a lo que esperábamos: el entorno estaba visiblemente deteriorado, con basura, objetos abandonados, un colchón quemado en la entrada y cucarachas. También había ropa y cobijas colgadas improvisadamente como cortinas. Personalmente, no me sentí seguro caminando por la zona a ninguna hora del día; incluso el taxista que nos llevó dudó en entrar hasta la puerta del departamento. Reservamos por 5 noches, pero decidimos no quedarnos y buscar otro alojamiento, pensando que booking nos ayudaria a evitar la pérdida del dinero, porque no nos sentimos cómodos con el ambiente. He usado Booking por más de 15 años y nunca había tenido una experiencia similar. A pesar de presentar la evidencia que me solicitó Booking y confirmaron lo que estaba argumentando, me informaron que cualquier reembolso debía tratarse directamente con el encargado de la propiedad, quien no aceptó devolver ni parcialmente el pago. Creo que sería importante que la publicación muestre más fotos del vecindario para que futuros huéspedes puedan tomar una decisión informada. En mi opinión, el precio (1,000 € por 5 noches) no corresponde con las condiciones generales del entorno.

On the positive side, the communication with the host was very good – they were responsive and helpful. The location was also convenient, especially with the airport nearby.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The apartment had a noticeable humidity problem, and unfortunately, we also encountered cockroaches, which made the experience uncomfortable. The presence of cockroaches was truly disturbing and made us feel very uneasy. It was hard to relax knowing they were around, and it completely ruined our impression of the place. We didn’t feel comfortable staying there and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. However, the cleanliness and general condition of the apartment definitely need significant improvement.

Smell from detergents and lack of air and windows

The owner was polite and communicative. He recommended places to visit and was always in touch. He also agreed to late check-in. The apartment location was good, not far from the city center and the sights. There were dishes, so we were able to cook our own meal and there also was a coffeemaker which was a nice bonus)

Please note that the apartment was located on the ground floor and in the bottom of the street. Only one bedroom had a window but it was dirty and in the ceiling so it was pretty dark. One of the rooms was placed underground, with no ventilation. The air in the apartment was stale and damp. The showers were very small. The beds were uncomfortable.

The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. Close to all places, but at the same time a very quiet street. Easy to communicate with a host, who was always ready to help.

I loved that it was renovated and had plenty of space and amenities to use!

Maybe the location, from the outside it looks very dirty and a lot of clothes outside of the apartments so it looked a bit bad, it smelled weird too, however, inside the apartment was amazing so no complaints. Maybe on the shared bathroom the pipes must be checked as they had a bad smell coming from the sink

A great location - not in the middle of town so quiter but close enough to walk wherever you needed to go. It was incredibly hot when we were there and the aircons all worked and kept us cool! Small extras like some coffee / tea / dishwasher tabs and salt etc that the host provided were appreciated.

The bathrooms did get a bit damp as they have no windows, but it was manageable and we left the extractor fan on and it was fine.
