It was a modern and spacious apartment, well priced

The customer service and communications were poor - we emailed to inform them we would arrive at 620am in the morning, to find out the main facility to leave our bags was not open till 9am. The process of the getting the keys was very difficult and information provided was conflicting. The staff we dealt with were very rude. The bathroom was mouldy, and both left with tinea. The location was on a street, where there were drug and alcohol affected people. People getting high in the alley we looked over. We did not feel safe walking around the streets and were strategic when we got home.

The support staff was rude. The checkin process was a PITA. No instructions for using thermostat. . Bathroom needs a refresh...mold starting on grout, faucet handle partially broken. Big thing was just how rude and unwelcoming feelslikehome staff was.

Very nice apartment, close to the city centre.

The surroundings were semi-safe, quite loud and the 24h smell of chicken was killing us. Shame there weren't any more trash bags and just a few single use shower gel. Great pressure under the shower, but water isn't going down smoothly - super easy to flood the floor. But overall it was a good stay.

although the location is convenient and within walking distance to everywhere, it’s right in a shady area with lost of junkies and trashes around and we feel unsafe there. Wouldn’t recommend for family or girls.

On the street Bangladesh community has established its premises. Bangladesh town. This also attracts junkies.
