New apartment, downtown, close to metro station

Location is very convenient. A lot points of interest around. Good food just few steps from apartment. Metro and train to Sintra are very close.

Late evening on the street in front of building there is grouping of people which looks a little bit scary.. it seems some of them are on heavy drugs. During day everything is OK.

You get the key in office that is a bit far away from the appartment.

I had a great time in this apartment. Everything worked perfectly as stated and the instructions for the use of all the appliances including wifi were clear and current (i.e., correctly stated). The location was convenient, though a bit noisy at night (noise from the street), but this seemed to be common everywhere in Lisbon. I had a great experience with collecting the keys, no surprises anywhere, everyone kind and available to provide information. The apartment was the perfect size for me, and I felt very relaxed in the apartment. TV sets both in the sitting room and in the bedroom! Easy to operate kitchen appliances.

Nothing I did not really like, but a matter of organization that could be handled better: there were basic supplies (toiletries) in the apartment, which I needed to supplement (but this is normal, this was not unexpected). What was missing was however laundry detergent, at least I could not find it anywhere. The closest place for supplies (groceries) is Liedl, which though convenient, sells family-size packages. This means I had to buy big packages which I then had to leave behind when I left. I hope these supplies (toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent, hand sanitizer) were made available and utilized by the next guest.

Location and cleanness were good

We were 4 guests and only 3 pillows were available when we arrived. I had to request an additional pillow a few times before someone give us the missing one. One night out of three I had to sleep without a pillow. Also, there weren't all the towels for every guest as stated in the description. Instead, they gave 4 big towels and two small ones for 4 people. The kitchen lights weren't working because the light switch was broken. The keys could have been left in a lock close to the apartment.

Couch in the living room is very small and not too comfortable, but apartment is recommended for up to 4 people - it's okey for 1 or 2 nights but not longer.

This is a nice new building with an elevator. The apartment was modern with streamlined built-ins that even hid the air-conditioner thermostat. Our apartment was very quiet and dark at night which was great for sleeping. Appealing decor and nice shower. The location was to very close to Romero, the famous seafood restaurant from Feed Phil's Lisbon episode. (Evenings need reservations, but we got in at lunchtime.) Loved the international vibe ... our street had lots on Indian food/restaurants/shops and one street over had Chinese markets/restaurants.

This is just outside of the tourist area ... a bit of a walk. The elevator stopped working toward the end of our stay. I do not advise walking the distance between key pick-up and this location.
