Appartement location, decoration and utilities.

Noisy street.

The location. However due to the location there is noise pollution from noisy passers-by and honking cars.

The stairwell : the banisters do not run up the end and do not offer sufficient support. The lighting in the stairwell is not equally good everywhere. The living room: very uninviting due to the non -dimmable Jelle lighting. The sofa is a sofa bed with cushions that keep sinking. Impossible to sit on properly. The bedroom: there is a thick winter duvet on the bed. Much too warm when it is no winter. But the alternative is a thin sheet. That was too cold. There is a plastic fitted sheet on the mattress. It is full of dirty stains and it has a sultry effect. The bathroom: there is a bidet but it is broken. You have to shower in the bath , which is old and worn and therefore slippery and dangerous. There are also no handles. The water pressure is low.

The location was amazing and the main reason I chose the apartment! I also really appreciated it had all the extras that you would need like washing powder for doing a load of laundry and a drying rack. I also thought it was pretty quite at night considering it was in the middle of the city. Could hear a bit of street noise but it really wasn't bad at all. The AC was also a life saver at night!

The apartment is up 4 flights up stairs with no lift which is mentioned so wasn't a surprise but I definitely had a tough time taking up suitcase up and down as a solo female. I also am not sure if the shower had been cleaned as there was some hair stuck to the side. Would have like another bath towel as well only because I was showering twice a day with the heat! ended up washing it once but it took nearly a whole 24 hours to dry. Not a huge deal though!

Spacious and very cleaned apartment have everything what you need, perfect location.

The property was great, clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The host was quick to reply and gave us lots of recommendations and advice throughout our stay

No complaints about the property, only comment is the water pressure in the shower is quite weak and went hot and cold frequently, but was not an issue at all.

Great location. Well appointed flat. Good communication.

A lot of stairs. But to be fair we were warned about this before booking the accommodation.
