Under the Aqueduct boutique house

Everything was perfect! The flat is very clean, spacious and cozy. There is a beautiful view from the terrace. The location is perfect - within walking distance from the center and the port. There are lots of bakeries, cafes, restaurants around. There’s honestly everything you may need in the flat - beach towels, iron, hairdryer, the host even left there all types of cosmetics and toiletries. The host is so kind and attentive. I’ve never experienced such an amazing hospitality anywhere. She made sure that we have everything we needed, helped us with the luggage and left beautiful little gifts for us, as well as wine and sweets in the flat. I’d 100% recommend this flat, you’ll love it!

The apartment is modern and had everything we needed for our three day stay. Just the right size for the two of us. It is brilliantly located being right next to the aqueduct and so only a ten minute walk up to the castle from our street and further exploring around the old city. Likewise a short minute walk to restaurants, bakeries, tavernas etc and 10 minutes to centre of town shops or waterfront. Pela was very helpful reserving a car park space on a road close by for our arrival. On other days we found parking in that same street.

A wonderful and attentive host, who made sure our stay was more than our expectations. You have everything you need in the stylish apartment. Fabulous view, great location.

Traffic noice, but that is to expect as it is close to a busy road, especially in rush hour, but there is no noice inside the apartment. It is still nice to enjoy a coffee or a cold drink on the balcony.

A fabulous apartment literally underneath the Aqueduct arches and with stunning views from the little balcony. Fantastic communication from the wonderful host, Pelagia, who met us on arrival with the keys and spent a while giving us lots of tips, suggestions and recommendations for our visit. The apartment is extremely tidy and clean and has everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. Every detail is thought of and provided, including some breakfast bits which is a lovely touch. The bed is comfy too. All in all, a very comfortable stay with a fabulous host who is always on hand and available. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect if you want to check out the landmarks of Kavala during a short trip. The apartment is very close to the city center but the street is not busy making the location great. The view from the terrace is amazing.

The fact that I thought that I had reserved the apartment with the bigger terrace. The offer displays photos from the bigger apartment only with the bigger terrace which is misleading. Make sure that you select the correct apartment option before booking.

We had a very lovely time at the very tastefully decorated and comfortable place. Pelagia was a wonderful hostess who made sure we had a parking spot when we arrived (even when we had to delay our arrival several times), had a stash of goodies including a bottle of wine waiting for us, and even left us little gifts!! The bathroom was so well stocked with all kinds of personal care products! The view from the balcony was amazing, and it is walkable everywhere...even to Via Egnatia!! I would love to stay here again if ever I'm back in Kavala and would definitely recommend it to our friends!
