Under the Aqueduct boutique house

Before arrival, there was contact with Pelagia via WhatsApp, which was very pleasant. Clear communication and a very friendly welcome. Excellently organised! Received clear instructions from the apartment. Everything was perfectly clean. Nice seating area, great balcony with seating, view of the Aqueduct. Excellent beds and a neat bathroom with all kinds of products that could be used such as shower foam and shampoo. The kitchen was equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and there was everything in the cupboard such as toast, jam, tea, coffee, water, cookies. Very nice to arrive on an evening/night flight. Clear tourist guide available with all kinds of tips for what to see and do in the area. Has far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, especially because of the excellent care provided by Pelagia!!

Fantastic position close to everything

Our host Pegalia was extraordinary friendly and engaged. She was so kind to organise for us a repair of our rental car. And she gave us very good recommandations for restaurants. The appartement was super clean and you find everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pelagia was fantastic from the start. She met us to show us and guide us through the apartment. Everything was perfect. So many nice touches and everything was provided. We had a bottle of Retsina and a beer ready for us and some gifts which were so thoughtful. Our view to the aqueduct was a highlight. Again Pelagia was very helpful in advice for restaurants and sightseeing.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

We decided to celebrate Easter in Kavala and we were lucky to find a host like Pelagia! She welcomed us to her fantastic apartment very hospitably, with detailed and very valuable recommendations for our stay during the holidays. She had also prepared Easter gifts for us - candles, sweets and even a bottle of wine! We had superb coffee and tea and plenty of little treats for breakfast. The apartment itself is exceptional - very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. Its location is unique - on the border between the old town and the lively center, everything is minutes away. At the same time, it is quiet and pleasant for sleeping, resting or a lazy morning coffee on the terrace. The sight of the majestic aqueduct fills the heart with admiration. I can't wait to return to this cozy home, where everything is done with such taste and where everything for everyday life is left to the smallest detail. Makes you feel special and cared for! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, dear Pelagia!

This is the perfect place to stay in Kavala, I cannot explain how impressed I am by the location, apartment, and warm hosts! The castle, city centre and shops are in walking distance, you have a breathtaking view of the aqueduct, the apartments are clean, comfortable and beautiful! I need to take a moment to mention the hosts… amazing people, such a personal approach to guests, you feel like longtime friends and we are definitely coming back and recommending to friends!!
