Odore di fogna nauseabondo, tantissima umidità, la casa si trova in uno scantinato. Unica fonte di riscaldamento delle stufette elettriche non funzionanti. Eravamo in 6 e avevano preparato solo i letti per 4 persone. Abbiamo dovuto prenotare in un’altra struttura e andare via. Il soggiorno sarebbe stato invivibile.

la zona non era la più ricca ma nemmeno la più pericolosa. abbiamo trovato 3 blatte all'interno di un cassetto in cucina

The kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms are nicely arranged, unfortunately this are positive aspects only for the pictures.

Deposit of 250€ requested by the company that rented the apartament, in case there are some destroyed or missing items, this deposit requested after we’ve paid in advance the accommodation. They dis not wanted to do the checkin without this deposit. Apartament is located in the basement of the building, the bedrooms do not have a natural light, but are under the road(tram , cars, motorcycles are crossing that road), and during the night was disturbing. When we’ve entered the apartment , a strong smell of mold hit us, the lady from the company that gave us the keys ,said that she did not noticed that… Living room has acces to a small patio and we had some sunlight from there, also we’ve opened the doors on that site for refreshing the living room and kitchen. We’ve stayed 1.5 days , and during this period of time we turned on ventilators and dehumidifiers, in order to have some breathable air in the bedrooms. The couch is dirty, and it has small holes in it. The TV and internet did not worked. In first night ..we’ve remaind without hot water, the boiler is quite small. On top of all , in the morning we found cockroaches in one of the bathrooms and in the kitchen.

Preis-leistung war passend. Die Lage ist super, man ist mit der U-Bahn schnell an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Unter den Doppelbett hätte man vielleicht noch Saugen können. Sonst hat alles gepasst. Zwei Bäder mit Klo waren auch sehr praktisch.

Mehr Stiegen als am Bild zu sehen. Staub unter dem Bett. Abgasgeruch von der Straße beim Lüften in den Schlafzimmern unter der Woche. (Sonntag ist es gut gegangen) Das Loch in der einen Schlafzimmertür war nicht abgehobelt oder irgendwie abgeklebt. Dadurch mussten wir auf unsere Tochter gut aufpassen, das sie nicht durch klettert und verletzt. Die eine Schranktür in der Küche müsste auch wieder festgeschraubt werden. Ein Sessel mehr im Wohnzimmer wäre glaube ich auch nicht verkehrt. Vielleicht könnten die Kleinigkeit noch behoben werden. Dann ist es ein super Appartement für Familien.

The space was good.

We lost hours of our vacation time trying to get the keys. The places is dirty and needs repairs.

El espacio es muy agradable y bonito.

Había cucarachas.
