Jó az elhelyezkedése, rugalmas a bejelentkezés, a konyha jól felszerelt.

A 4. emeleten van, lift nincs. Idős családtagjainkkal utaztunk, nehezen mászták meg naponta többször a szűk lépcsőket. Ez nem volt jelölve a leírásban. Mivel előre kellett fizetni, így nehéz lett volna a szállásmódosítás. Az ajtók nem vagy nehezen záródnak, a fürdőszoba csak egy magas tolózárral zárható, gyerekeknek és idősebbeknek külön kihívás. A hűtő egy összetákolt deszka álványon van, mozog minden mozgatásra. Sajnos az eg,ikünkre így rá is dőlt a hűtő. Rendkívül balesetveszélyes. A környék elég zajos. Az ég,ik szobában az ágyak mozognak, a matracok silány minőségűek.

Der einzige Minuspunkt: für ältere Menschen mit Gepäck, bedingt durch die schmalen Treppenstufen, sehr beschwerlich.

Unfortunately, the property had bedbugs. The company then fraudulently charged me further money and refuses to explain why, possibly in retaliation for leaving the bedbugs review.

- BEDBUGS Unfortunately, the flat had bedbugs, we were bitten every night. To their credit, the staff showed records of two recent pest control treatments and offered to move us to a new flat (which might be how the bedbugs are spreading). They gave a full refund. - Noise It's an old flat in a popular location. Can easily hear neighbours and the outside. - Cleanliness The flat was decently clean but the bathroom has no window and not much ventilation, which means there was some mould. - FRAUD The property had bedbugs. I complained on Wednesday March 11. After sending pictures of my bites, the company agreed to provide a full refund, which I received on Thursday 12 March. I then posted a review on booking.com of my experience. I was then charged €300 by the company on Monday 23 March. I messaged the company via booking.com that day asking for an explanation. They responded saying "We are not sure why this charge was applied. However, we will look into it and get back to you as soon as we have more information". A company representative called me on Thursday 26 March. I asked that they message me an explanation instead. They refused, insisting they would only communicate by call. Immediately after this, the company charged me a further €153. They made four failed attempts to also charge me: - €327.30 - €300 - €174.30 - €153 I messaged the company again and they refuse to explain in writing, only over a phone call. Guessing this is in retaliation to my review, and also because they don't want to admit to anything in writing. Terrible service, Lisbon was lovely though.

Fabulous location, super helpful hosts with clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Excellent shower!
