The location was good as it was at the centre of Lisbon

The hygiene at the property is very bad. When I was staying at the property I made a complaint that the property was filled with insects and bugs and my child was struggling. The host did not respond to my complaint. The host responded a week after I left mentioning that they will do a pest control of the property by sealing the property off as they too identified the issue. Unfortunately the late response of the host was unsatisfactory. My child has developed bad rashes and allergies all over his body and we had to take him to emergency hospital once we reached our home country. The property is overpriced for the basic facilities provided and the inside of the property is very dark and mouldy with extremely poor hygiene. Some of the photos of the property posted on booking.com are also fake. For example the kitchen shown in the photos is never like this and its difficult to even move yourself in the kitchen without hitting your head on the sloping wall. I am shocked these fake photos are being posted to attract customers. The property is also located on the 4th floor with no lifts. This means you have to carry all your luggage without a lift. There is also a lot of noise at the property especially at nights making sleep a nightmare.

La cama de uno de los cuartos, el primero de ellos a la izquierda tenía un colchón horrible. No sé qué previsiones tienen en el housekeeping para poner 4 rollos de papel higiénico para 3 noches 4 personas. La respuesta del personal nula, en varias ocasiones escribía me ponían que estaban fuera de la oficina y los números que estaban disponibles no contestaban. Para rematar he escrito para hacer referencia de que puede que me haya dejado un reloj olvidado en el baño y no me ha respondido nadie.

The location was great! My dad and I enjoyed our stay a lot, we had the pleasure of being walking distance to all interesting attractions - such as castles and museums, and lots of restaurants!

The property was in poor state of repair, although we appreciate it was an old building- examples such as bathroom door didn't close properly and the toilet cistern ran, the front bedroom shutters were extremely difficult to close and there were no curtains instead, the internal front door was opened using a frayed piece of red tape cloth. There was also a major building project going on next door, which we didn't know about. The noise through the night from the adjacent flats was horrendous, stopping at 5am each morning. After contacting the hosts they just said it wasn't their problem and to contact the police. We actually left after 2 days as we couldn't stand it any longer.

Excelente ubicación

Las almohadas de muy mala calidad. Había poca insonorización de escuchada todo lo que pasaba en la calle.

Asunto oli erittäin toimiva ja siisti sekä hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti oli erinomainen, siitä oli hyvä lähteä keskustaan tai aamulenkille joen varteen. Lähellä oli paljon mukavia ravintoloita.

Eipä jäänyt moitittavaa. Asunto oli juuri sopiva tässä tilanteessa.

Zentrale Lage, dafür nachts etwas laut. Einrichtung wirkt eher zufällig zusammengewürfelt.

Wir haben einen Befall mit Bettwanzen feststellt.
