"In the end, I loved the place and sure would repeat the experience."

Staff was helpful and immediately answered to all my concerns. It was a very convenient location with a supermarket right around the corner and near iconic political, cultural as well as historical places, with gardens and nice restaurants (from the very typical Portuguese ones the finest international cuisine). Pasteis de Belem and Centro Cultural de Belem are less than 10 minutes walking.

While nothing can be done regarding the view from the back side of the apartment, fresher and newer linen, pillows and towels would make all the difference. Fortunately, staff answered immediately and positively to my request for newer bath towels.

Bathroom shower hand spray not working. Bathroom shower faucet handle part missing which made controlling water temperature/flow difficult. Bathroom shower drain clogged.
