The washing machine and dishwasher were so convenient and the location for us was perfect. Lovely quiet area.

A few more cleaning products may have been nice but we managed ok!

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, has easy access to popular tourist attractions and is within walking distance of a supermarket. We must acknowledge the prompt and helpful response from the host, Kellen, when we encountered a lockout situation. Due to a faulty locking mechanism, the key to the flat broke, and we found ourselves unable to access the apartment. Fortunately, Kellen swiftly came to our rescue within minutes, and we were able to enter the flat. Their quick response and assistance were greatly appreciated in that moment of distress.

One of the first inconveniences we encountered was the lack of basic household cleaning products, detergents and garbage bags. We expected these essential items to be provided, but unfortunately, we had to purchase everything ourselves. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that even a single coffee, tea, sugar sachet was not provided. Since we arrived late at night, we had to wait until the next morning to go out and buy tea, coffee, and other basic necessities, which was quite frustrating. Another issue we faced was a leak in the bidet shower spray, which resulted in water constantly leaking onto the bathroom floor. As a result, we had to repeatedly mop the floor to prevent it from becoming dangerously slippery. This maintenance task added unnecessary hassle to our daily routine. Although there were two air conditioning units in the flat, only one remote control was working. This meant that we had to use the remote control from the bedroom to operate both units, which was inconvenient, especially when we wanted to adjust the temperature from the living room. Our sleep was also disrupted by the air conditioner, which emitted loud noises at regular intervals. The most significant problem we encountered during our stay was the presence of mosquitoes in the flat, particularly in the bedroom. Despite our efforts to keep the windows closed at all times, our family, including our four-month-old baby, was frequently bitten by mosquitoes. This led to sleepless nights as we had to stay awake, swatting mosquitoes and trying to keep them away from our baby. The presence of these insects significantly detracted from our overall comfort and enjoyment of the apartment.

Very comfortable, a complete kitchen, nice bathroom, good size to stay and you have two views, from the room and also, living room with a balcony!
