Beautiful apartment in a great location. Loved our stay! In terms of accommodations: nothing to complain about.

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. Had to contact the admin by email then whatsapp to ask to send the cleaning crew. But, they were accommodating enough to let us have a late check out at no cost due to this inconvenience.

Super easy to check in. Very close to the main attractions in the city and easy to catch public transport. The room was in a busy street, but silent nonetheless. Comfortable bed, shower and facilities. Definitely recommend.

Check-in and check-out hours could have been a bit more flexible. But really, nothing to complain about!

The place was very clean, extremely well located right in the heart of old Lisbon, walking distance from a lot of key attractions. The staff (Carolina) was super helpful and always quick to respond whenever i had a questions. I would go back anytime. It was roomy enough for our family of 4 (kids 11 and 13) using the sofa bed. After 2 weeks of having to book 2 separate hotel rooms for a family of 4, it was definitely nice to rent a place for the whole family to finish the vacation together (we bought a vacation package including hotels which we extended by renting this apartment instead of an hotel). I definitely prefer the apartment over any hotels we stayed at during our trip (all 4 stars hotels).

Really easy. Door code for the building and a door code for the apartment. Both worked with no issues! Sofa bed comfy, loved the little touches of shower gel, shampoo & conditioner as well as hand wash and hand cream. We were left water in the fridge and a glass of port. - nice welcome to Lisbon. Beautiful building - lift and central stair case were so pretty!

Street was noisy, I hadn’t realised when I booked how busy the street would be for traffic and buses - but as soon as the balcony doors were shut, you couldn’t hear a thing. And to be fair - it’s a busy city, noise is expected anyway!

We were at this apartment for 14 days, given the prices of hotels in the same location this is a bargain. Living room, good size updated bathroom and kitchen, the bedroom was also roomy with plenty of closet space. Pretty much 60% of the main tourist attractions in Lisbon are walkable from here, plus there were many good restaurants and bars all round us. Nice apartment building with friendly neighbours who helped us out a few times. Oh, have good walking shoes, the hills are STEEP! Would definitely use this apartment when next in Lisbon...

Not much to dislike, a bit noisy at night but hey! It's smack bang in the middle of the tourist area! However, saying that it did get pretty quiet from about 11 - 12pm onward and we slept most nights undisturbed.

This was a spectacular location for a visit to Lisbon. We only stayed 2 nights, but with the size of the place and great kitchen (including washing machine!) we could have comfortably stayed a week or more. The space was very clean and comfortable, and there was a grocery store right across the street. The location was fantastic. Hosts were very receptive.

Nothing - this was the perfect place.
