Casa do Telheiro

La ubicación es perfecta,pasan buses,tranvías antiguos,tuk tul turísticos,tienes supers, restaurante miles,cafeterías miles y todo a menos de 1 minuto,más centro no se puede,tienes el río a 15 min andando. La dueña no la conocimos,pero es una ayuda,nos consiguió toda la ayuda posible en cuanto a taxi ,sitios y demás ...un encanto. No tuvimos ni un solo problema

A ver,el apartamento es pequeño pero todos los de la zona son iguales,este está algo dejadillo,pero es perfecto para descansar después de un día de turismo,te puedes hacer algo de cocinar ...no tiene tele ..así que traeros unas pelis descargadas.. Lo que más molesto en nuestro caso,el vecino de arriba ,no se que hacía,pero pareciese que estuviera dentro de mi apartamento,se olle todo lo que anda ,las puertas y nos tocaron los que caminan mucho...pero creo que son habituales y no pasantes. Por lo demás todo bien

O quarto é bem pequeno. O banheiro estava com um odor não muito agradável.

La casa è piccolissima e rovinata, i muri si stanno tutti scrostando.

The location of the place and the good communication with the people who manage it were the only positive parts and it is because of these two reasons I'm giving a 3 and not a 1

We knew the place is small, so we didn't expect much when it comes to its size, but we did expect it to be in a better condition! Mold almost everywhere (with a shower curtain that we were disgusted to touch), linen and towels with stains (thankfully we had brought one small each for the beach, so we were mostly using ours), walls in desperate need of repairs and painting, the ceiling shaking when the people who lived on the upper floor walked around their apartment and generally a lot of items in a bad condition (like the worn small chair in the bathroom, the sponge with hair in the cupboard and the stained toilet paper). The place can be such a cosy flat but unfortunately at the moment it is a very bad option

Good location, the appliances and bed are great. Ideally for a 2-3 night stay.

I was disappointed in the messaging time of the assistant as I had a problem with the lock. Got resolved after almost 2.5 hours. I really hated the humidity smell in the bathroom due to no proper ventilation. The sink was found dirty and the toilet sealer was not properly done… as per photo.

Great location and value for money. Super romantic and sweet. Beautiful neighborhood. But you should paint the walls, resolve mold issues, and invest a bit in furniture everything is really too cheap. But still I was happy there and would recommend

Nice hilltop location, though steep walk on rough road. Very tiny small place but clean, compact room. Good location near restaurants and a few areas of interest.

In-house WiFi does not work & not repairable, though owner was apologetic. Had to wait a day for a portable device before WiFi can be used. There is an electric cooker near the bed but no extractor fan so any cooking would be hazardous. Limited toilet rolls, when asked for more was told have to buy our own! Did reluctantly provided a couple of rolls extra. No wardrobe, only shelves and small baskets for storing clothes. Overall expensive rental for size.
