Déçu de constater que la machine à laver avait disparu c'était un de mes critères de recherche nous avions pris délibérément moins de vêtements car nous souhaitions utiliser la machine pour avoir des valises moins lourdes.

The unit was in a very convenient location. The facilities were good with a fully functional kitchen and separated spaces. Hot water was good, the bed was comfortable.

Neighbors noise could be annoying, but that's part of staying in an older area with local families with children. Most outside noise stopped at a reasonable hour, by 11:00 pm. If you're over 6'2" you'll need to mind your head going in the bathroom, I hit my head multiple times if I didn't duck the doorframe. I also wish there was any type of wall mounted shelf for soap and shampoo. It must be a euro thing because it's been the same most of my rentals across western Europe

There was a rat in the toilet! On the first day of our stay, a rat appeared in the toilet (around 6 pm.). The host agency was contacted immediately, and after several hours of horrible communication, and asking to deal with the situation, around 9.30 pm they offered a relocation for one night only. The next day they finally did something. The rat was in the toilet for 17 hours. They claimed to have disinfected everything, and even though I asked several times to be given extra disinfectant, they did not do that. Horrible experience, horrible staff and horrible way to deal with the situation. Besides that, the apartment is awful, only one window which doesn't really do the job as it's in between buildings, the toilet is old and dirty looking, the toilet seat was chipped, the shower door was broken. The only good thing is the location.

Le logement est très bien placé, tout est à proximité a pied. Il est propre et fonctionnel

Le lit n’était pas confortable. Nous avons eu des maux de dos chaque matin.. De plus, il manquait un torchon dans la cuisine.

Ottima la posizione nel Barrio Alto vicino a bar, pub, ristoranti, mini market, ascensore Bica e una fermata del famoso tram 28

L'odore di muffa e l'umidità in alcuni momenti si sentivano molto, è presente un sistema di ventilazione che ha aiutato (almeno un po') nella gestione della problematica.
