Spacious, homey, comfortable, well stocked, and quiet with balcony.

Everything was amazing - the apartment is super cute, the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon, superb conveniences and comfort, and communication and attention from staff was wonderful. We were so sad to leave!

Nice place close to restaurants and grocery store. Everything you need for your stay is provided, kitchen utensils and basic necessities for cooking. Great little balcony overlooking the city. A fruit basket and wine for guests is a nice touch. It was very clean and the manager is very helpful.

Others had mentioned a smell in bathroom, pretty much every day. The bedroom is small and hard to get in and out of the bed on the sides.

Location very good, quiet residential area with friendly locals. Ground floor property very well equipped and supplied. Shopping and places to eat nearby. Wonderful cakes. We felt we had a flavour of "real" Lisbon. Housekeeper very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Well positioned to use the No. 28 tram, however, it was always full and sailed past. Metro service is good but 15 min walk to nearest station.

This is such a niche and sweet place! The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, it is nicely connected to the living room and with the possibility to walk out on a balcony to have the morning cup of coffee.The bathroom is big, and it is easy to get a good flow of hot water - for a nice shower after a long flight. The living room is beautifully decorated - and the bed in the bedroom has a very nice smell and is very comfortable. I only stayed two nights in this place - but would defiantly recommend it for a single person or a couple who want to have a nice place to return to after exploring the city. Lastly, but definitely in the best category - is Valeria's hosting skills as the manager of Tim's and Lubica's apartments. She is always friendly, super quick to respond and very professional! She makes sure that you will feel at ease the whole time you are staying. So, Valeria, you are simply the best!

The sofa in this apartment is a bit hard - and guest should be aware that occasionally it is possible to hear the neighbors.But this was never intrusive.

The hosts were incredibly responsive - immediate answers to our queries about transport back from the centre one evening and Fernanda even offered to come and pick us up when we’d spent way too long in the vast queue for the 28 Tram. The apartment is set in a private road of old local chocolate magnate’s workers’ houses, like a Lisbon version of Bourneville, it’s very tastefully done with a decent shower. Best miradour in Lisbon 5min walk away and good choice of local bars and restaurants.

The noise from the neighbours. Loud talking (thin walls too I think) until 3:00am one night made for difficult sleeping. And I wish I’d read the instructions better about the bus alternatives to the 28 Tram (queues to get on in centre can mean it’s not such a handy way to get home in less than an hour) or the metro (only a 15m walk but it is a consistently steep 15mins).

Great place to explore Lisbon. Everything there was just perfect. Worth recommending
