The apartment is infested with cockroaches, there are no heating or air-conditioning, no vent in the bathroom. Staff is unpleasant

Die Lage war prima in der Alfama. Die Aussicht einfach ein Traum. Die Einrichtung zweckmäßig.

Dobra lokalizacja i piękny widok z okna.

Mieszkanie było brudne. Brak środków czystości. Na cztery dni właściciel zostawił półtorej rolki papieru na trzy osoby. Drzwi od łazienki były uszkodzone. Uszkodzone żelazko. Wybite okno na poddaszu. Bardzo dużo robaków o których właściciel na pewno wiedział wcześnie bo na miejscu był preparat na nie (przez to ciągle trzymaliśmy walizki zamknięte a wszystkie ubrania zawieszone w powietrzu żeby robaki nie weszły do bagażu). Brak klimatyzacji - zamiast tego był jeden, mały, zardzewiały wiatrak. Liczne zacieki i popękania na ścianach i suficie.

The location and views were fabulous. It had old world charm and felt like it was in a safe neighborhood. The office responded to some of our concerns (hot water heater) and allowed us to check in an hour early.

The cockroaches were pretty prolific, especially at night. We were concerned that they would get into our luggage as there was no where to put things other than the floor. We had no hot water the first night as it was unplugged. There were no instructions regarding it and we did not find the plug for it. Someone from the office did come to plug it in for us for the second night. There was a nice balcony that could not be accessed because the blind was broken and permanently dangling down. We found a used bandaid stuck to one of the ‘clean’ towels.

Host utilise des équipements cheap Le fer à repasser est cassé, le savon pour se laver les mains est de très mauvaises qualité Quantité de Papier toilette insuffisante Dans La douche, on n'a pas où mettre nos savons, gel douche Par contre, La maison était propre Je pense qu'il faut juste améliorer un peu les équipements et ça ira encore mieux

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super, für ein paar Nächte total in Ordnung
