The location was good and bad at the same time. It was close to cafes and not far away from the center. the management company was super nice and helpful.

no parking close by. No access for a car to unload the luggage. need to walk on foot on steep stairs. Not suitable for older people and is not extra comfy with kids. the floor in the apartment is not straight and it was extra weird to walk around. Bathroom is next to the kitchen, and everything was broken there. The toilet seat was missing from it's place (we have found it on the attic) and the shower head leaked from all sides.

Very nice view and location, nice flat with lots of light and airflow. Well furnished as well - there is a tv and even a hob / fridge / microwave.

Bathroom isn’t great - toilet seat is missing and shower is quite weak. It’s honestly fine though, and the rest of the flat makes up for it

The view was gorgeous. The apartment was very pretty and quite roomy. The bed was comfortable.

We did not have hot water. This was remedied the second day, but still left us without a shower one day. No apologies were made. Also, you could not hang the shower head anywhere and the water pressure was quite poor.

The view is beautiful: you can see the river from the windows and the sunset as well! Moreover the apartment is in a good area of the city, in a beautiful tiny peatonal street in the city Centre of Lisbon

The bathroom has been the worst issue for us: since the toilet has a problem,there is always a bad smell in the apartment. Apart from that, the windows have only light curtains so during the morning the sun comes in.

Great location in the old local street. So you will experience the true living ambient of local people. We are very happy that we booked the apartment.

Can’t access the apartment directly by car or taxi. The nearest car accessible place I found is Miradouro Sta. Luzia on Rua Limoeiro. Ask your taxi driver drop you there and walk to the apartment using google maps. If you have a big suitcase like me, prepare to to some exercise to carry them on the stairs.
