A casa tem tudo que você precisa, desde utensílios de cozinha até maquina de lavar roupa. O gustava foi de uma gentileza incrível. Sempre que precisei ele me respondeu super rápido pelo whatsapp. Inclusive deixou um presente de ano novo. A localização é boa (alfama). Estação santa apolonia fica 5 min a pé através de uma escadinha numa travessa e deu pra usar e abusar de metro, comboios(trens) e autocarros (ônibus). Muitos mercadinhos próximos, mas o melhor é o pingo doce que fica dentro da estação de trem. Recomendo muito essa acomodação.

O único ponto negativo é que tem um leve cheiro de casa fechada porque só tem uma janela. Não recomendo pra quem tem problemas de mobilidade. Logo que você abre a porta da rua tem uma escada bem íngrime. Fora isso foi tudo incrível.

Arredamento in stile tipico, molto curato e di buon gusto, Ottimo il livello di pulizia dell'alloggio e della biancheria fornita. Squisita disponibilità degli host e cordiale comunicazione. L'alloggio è molto silenzioso e garantisce un ottimo riposo.

Suggerisco di fornire qualche foto dell'esterno, per facilitare l'individuazione del portone. Siamo arrivati in ore notturne, e con l'indirizzo, e numero civico, non è stato facile individuare l'ingresso. Segnalo anche che la presa elettrica del bagno non regge il funzionamento dell'asciugacapelli. Il materasso era troppo morbido, secondo le nostre esigenze.Lascio solo questi,come suggerimenti, ma posso dire che è un ottimo alloggio e tornerei volentieri.

L’appartement est très agréable. On s’y est senti chez nous. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Pas de bruit du tout.

Tout était parfait

Дуже стильне помешкання, гарне розташування та наявна вся необхідна побутова техніка.

На терасі був ремонт, тому фактично її не було. Також в квартирі тільки одне вікно що не забезпечує достатнього провітрювання.

Die Ausstattung .In der Küche ist wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit in der ganzen Wohnung.

Von der Straße, durch eine eiserne kleine Tür, kommt man auf schwierige Treppen, nach unten. Ältere Leute könnten Schwierigkeiten haben. Dann ,in einem Innenhof, um die Ecke des Gebäudes findet man endlich die Wohnung. Zur Zeit war Baustelle da , also keine Rede von Terrasse. Wegen Baustelle und keine Terrasse, könnte man den Preis etwas senken. Die Wohnung hat nur zwei ganz kleine Fenster,neben der Eingangstür und keine andere Lüftung im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Ein Standventilator steht zur Verfügung. Im Schlafzimmer ist Platz genug für ein breiteres Bett.
