"Comfortable apartment with fantastic views & nice balcony."

Charming apartment with excellent views located at the very top of one of Lisbon’s central hills near the castle. Added bonus was an elevator steps from the door that takes you up & down seven stories to a great grocery store.

Two things: 1. Did not realize this property DOES NOT have an elevator which meant lugging heavy luggage up 5 flights of very steep stairs. 2. Barking from several neighbor dogs was mostly a minor nuisance, except on one occasion when late-night construction on lower level of building set the dogs off for over an hour.

"Really enjoyed the apartment. Walking to the 3rd floor gave us exercise."

Location. Loved apartment Loved the washing machine!

Would had been much nicer with more towels. Water splashed floor from shower and we only had 1 towel. Also soap not marked in the shower. Would have been nice to use the elevator to move our luggage. No word about that to us. Maybe let others know. But it wasn’t much of a problem

Location is perfect! Close to some of the most iconic attractions in Lisbon and easy access to other parts of the city. A wide variety of restaurants, cafe's & bars, all very close. Also, a reasonably sized supermarket with easy access via the public elevator.

A/C didn't meet our needs on one very hot day. There's no elevator, but that was only a challenge when we arrived and had to haul our bags up 3 floors.
