Alfama Charming Apartment with Amazing River View and Terrace

Carla was an excellent host from booking to leaving. The location and Views were exceptional and definetly worth climbing those stairs. Some advise about getting to the property. Book a Cab and not an Uber or Bolt. Both Uber and Bolt had no idea where to drop us off and are not allowed on some roads. The cab got us straight outside the door. The elevator down to the town is such a great idea however it does shut at 9pm so if out later than that you will have to get a cab or walk up hill back. Within 5 mins you have every shop cafe and restaurant you could possibly need. Someone mentioned a local dog barking. It didnt bother us. It barked twice one morning and once one evening. Really not a problem. We have already recomended Carla's place to family coming to Lisbon this year. Its an absolute Gem.

The twin beds for me were too hard but I am very hard to please when it comes to matressess. The 60 stairs to get to the apartment, but we knew their were stairs when we booked. It's worth the views from the property.

The apartment is in a wonderful location with fabulous views. It is clean, comfortable and welcoming.

The location is perfect and the property is clean and stylish with everything you need. We used the terrace with sun shade for breakfast and in the evening. The views are fantastic - you can see the whole city, the bridge and the river. We took so many photos, especially the sunsets.

The neighbour’s barking dog was a bit annoying every evening but otherwise the apartment is quiet being on the top floor.
