Podejście właścicielki do sytuacji jaka Nas spotkała na miejscu oraz szybki zwrot pieniędzy.

Nie posprzątane mieszkanie. Oczekujący na Nas brud był kiepska sytuacją. W pokoju bardzo gorąco. System klimatyzacji działał tylko w odpowiednim ustawieniu i tylko w jednym pokoju. Ewakuowaliśmy się stamtąd po 1 nocy.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the property. All of the facilities are close to the flat. Subway, shops, centre of Lisbon is on your palm.

Good location. Monica was really helpful with responses.

There was a really funny smell in the apartment. Coffee machine leaked, fridge didn't work too well. Bed was uncomfortable, too soft. It was noisy too. (Felt like windows were open but they weren't)

Clean apartment. Nice and big. Free street parking. Minimercados and supermercados within walking distance

Was missing some basic items like salt, pepper, and oil for my 6-day stay. Window blinds in the bedroom were broken. I messaged the host on day 2 but got no response. Also, the air-conditioner is a standing unit that had it's ducting broken, so it wasn't very effective.

Location was exceptional, really good connected with city center and close to metro station. Nice neighborhood! Facilities and cleanless are on high level. Great and approachable communication with our host Alexandra!
