BeGuest Bright Inn Lisbon Apartment

Although I had issues with getting payment across and my first reservation was cancelled, managed to get hold of Monica (the person looking after my reservation never answered) which was an absolute star and I cannot praise her enough.

No mattress protector. Old in need of replacement mattress, intercom doesn't work, broken mirror glass inside sink plug, smell coming from plumbing, very noisy ac which you cannot use if you want to sleep (definitely a big no), pizza box with very old remainings inside drawer below oven, bits and pieces under sofa.

This place is very comfortable for a family of 4. My family and I enjoyed very much staying in this property. Madalena was exceptional! We arrived close to midnight and she received us with such warm welcome and beautiful smile! There is a few small shops near by where you can get your goodies. We didn't have any issues to get around Lisbon. We were blessed to stay in this property! Super recommend!

The only downside of this property is that you might see people selling drugs on the streets, we saw a few guys selling it, but we also saw police around monitoring the area.

It is a really nice flat close to metro station. Easy to find and the flat has a really nice atmoshphere. Monica was really helpful with everything. I highly offer the place.

so far from center but near metro station, easy go to center and airport.

The apartment is very beautiful and cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a long stay (with the exception of a corkscrew which I kept looking for everywhere but I couldn't find). Everything works as it is supposed to and the portable and stylish heater works wonders and is very powerful (in case you're staying there during the winter). Also, they were very helpful in accomodating my needs (earlier check-in, special invoice) and very easy to contact via WhatsApp.

The area is very close to the metro Olaias (red line), in a residential area of Lisbon which is not very close to the main tourist attractions. This didn't bother me as I wasn't there as a tourist, but it may be good to know for those who are. Also, the area which can be seen from the kitchen window is quite sketchy. There are some weird things going on there, which didn't necessarily made me feel usafe during the day, but I would always take an Uber if I were to come back after the dark.

Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious, comfy and with all of kitchen equipments including coffee machine☕ About deposit - it was first time that property required deposit. They refunded me deposit during 7days after check out.

😔- Location. It was far away from city center and all tourist attraction. If you have a car , it will cost a lot of money to park near city center.
