Spacious flat 2 bathrooms

The second bathroom had no hot water and after notifying the contact, they agreed via booking.com the master bathroom does not have hot water but it did have water so they were satisfied. Unfortunately we were not. The contact had a plumber out on day 2 to fix but they did not. They eventually advised they fixed the issue after we checked out so we couldn't verify and no use to us.
