All thing it good apartment and good place

Great location

No air conditioning, no decor, only minimal supplies in washroom and kitchen, could be cleaned better, how about a fresh coat of paint ?

The location was good

The appartment was just above a restaurant. It was extremely noisy untill 4am. The check in was difficult and the personnel was unefficient abd condescending

location the linens were nice the amazing parking lot attendant who found the parking spot for us and went above and beyond his job to ensure we were finally able to access the condo.

no location map for parking lot and no instructions no staff to meet us for check in as indicated no instructions regarding how door passage lock worked batteries in t.v. remote were dead plug in bathtub doesn't work, so unable to soak in the tub one electric heater doesn't work large stain on area rug in living room rather disgusting photos didn't show the damaged floor

building was flooded! the hallways, one of the rooms - water seeping in from under the floorboards and water dripping from the ceiling... mosquitos in apartment as a result. elevator was also not working

The lift was not working, and our flat was in 5th floor,it was so difficult to in and out by stairs as my husband got back pain and leg pain.we raised our concern but no use.and very noisy outside at night couldn't sleep properly.

Good location, well equipped apartment

Noise during the night - lots of shouting coming from a bar below the apartment. The bedroom window didn’t close fully and therefore disturbed fitting the night

Central clean spacious apartment

Initially difficult to enter but staff were very helpful.
