FLH Martim Moniz Modern Flat

Nothing much to like.

Very noisy at night, only one out of seven plug sockets in the living room worked, toilet had raw sewage smell when extractor fan used. The entry and exit procedures was a logistics nightmare with detailed instructions that had to be followed to the letter. There was no lift access to the underground parking despite the lift operated from level - 2 to 5 but would only go down to zero, then get out and walk down the ramps two floors in partial darkness. Very uncomfortable bed to top it all.

The location is good, very near to Rossio station and the city centre for 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants and stores in the neighbourhood and the tram station 28 is just downstairs. The room looks modern and clean, just right for 4 people.

There is no air-con heater in the flat, only a small heater is available while the electric socket most of them are not working, the heater is not warm enough, while the blankets are thin as well, it wont be enough at night and will feel a bit cold. Some lights couldn't be turn on cause some electric sockets were not working. When arrive the apartment, we have to call the team and they will open the door remotely which it takes us a long time to open the door cause the signage in the door is written in a opposite direction, also if people who doesn't have a phone card, they may not able to contact them through phone. Besides, the gate is out of order for once as well, it was being locked by someone using a key and we don't have one. Luckily, there is someone with a key pass by to open the door, otherwise we wont be able to get back the accommodation. Also, the lift next to the gate with the glass door doesn't work, we have to use the lift near the carpark which is always wet on the floor.
