FLH Lisbon Sun Terrace Graça III

The apartment was dirty. The photos looked much better than in reality. The blinds on the window in one of the rooms were broken and there was not even salt in the kitchen.

Absolutely love this property! With big space, clean and nice.

The outdoor space/sun terrace was lovely. The size of apartment was nice and spacious and convienent location for our needs, comfy beds and well equiped kitchen.

The Bathroom/Shower room was down stairs, would have prefered it upstairs, The shower cubicle area and decoration needed painting as mould on the ceiling was visible sealant in shower cubicle was showing mould, the extractor fan was not working. The Toilet was a bit smelly this bathroom area could have been a bit cleaner.

A lovely place to stay on our short break to Lisbon. I had feared that the location would be too far from the centre, but it was fine - we could easily walk to the centre of Graca district and take the famous #28 tram from there (or order a cheap Uber). Communication from the host was very good with clear instructions. The apartment is really spacious, it feels like having a whole house! And the terrace is a real bonus, very peaceful, overlooking fruit trees. Oil heaters in each room were a nice touch, as it was still quite cold at night in March.
