Classic & Super Central Apartment by LovelyStay

Excellent appartement. It is beautiful, functionnal, all equiped, and the location is really perfect. Very appreciated: good AC, washing machine, 2 bathrooms/toilets, well furnished kitchen, living room really cosy, confortable beds. We loved our stay, and really had hard time to find anything to complain on ;-) Be aware that the flat is on the 4th floor, without lift, only stairs (was not a problem for us). The check-in was flawless, the person who helped us was very proactive and helpful to ensure our arrival was smooth.

Nothing to complain about really. A bit pricey, but compared to the other flats, seems in the normal range for such location and quality.

Everything was perfect ! Very central to the main attractions : praça do commercio, city centre, alfama, cais do sodré station and the river 😀 the flat is very charming and spacious

For old people know they are 5 floors with a lot of stairs

We loved the location of this apartment. Very close to some of the key areas of Lisbon but on a quieter street and even quieter building. If anyone else was there, we never saw or heard them. The apartment was modern and beautiful with great natural lighting and was tastefully decorated.

We had one ongoing issue the first couple of days - an inability to lock the door while we were home or away. Slightly unsettling at first given it was our first visit to the city. The owner/property manager tried to assist by phone and made several attempts to help us. We always seemed to be out when they were close by, so we never connected. Eventually we figured out you really had to slam the door very hard for the lock to engage. It definitely needs some adjustment for sure. That said, the building had a secure main entrance, interior doors locked and no one else seemed to be around. The air conditioning worked well and we were comfortable, but the unit in the bedroom closest to the street did drip condensation so watch keeping luggage below it or under the bed.

A really large apartment in a great location.

Unfortunately, our check in was so speedy because there are 12 check ins on the same day and Marta who checked us in had to share this unnecessary information with us and tell us how busy she is and she has to go. There’s no elevator so we hauled our luggage to the the fourth floor and Marta just ran upstairs. We were told by her that we can store our luggage after checking out but then when we wanted to leave the luggage were told that we can’t do it on Sunday because the office is closed and we can store in a luggage storage facility just 5 minutes away and apparently we need to be more organized according to Marta to plan ahead. The cost wasn’t that much but additional 10 euro we spent. The shower in the two bedroom apartment is leaking all over the place. There’s mold and sewer odor in that bathroom. n addition, we contacted Marta about one of the keys not opening the front door of the building and were brushed off. We asked for a different key and were told it was not possible.
