Central and very well located. Kitchen well equipped

It looks much bigger in the pictures, could use some renovation and new towels/sheets. It didn’t feel the cleanest.

Very good location - close to the city, metro and trams. It was nice to stay in an old, traditional building. Two balconies were very nice and with a view on the street. Everything inside the apartement was new. The apartment was stocked with plenty of plates, cutlery, pots, and other cooking utensils. The large refrigerator provided ample storage space. The wooden table in the kitchen allowed for enjoyable communal meals. The washing machine, dishwasher, and TV all worked flawlessly. The apartment has nice ornaments on the ceilings. Comfortable beds.

First of all, our apartment was different from the photos we booked, but fortunately, ours was fine, although we were a bit surprised. In hot weather, the apartment gets very hot and stuffy, especially in the windowless room with a double bed. It's difficult to open the windows, as it makes it impossible to sleep due to the noise generated by traditional trams and people partying in the street. Fans placed in each room have to run all night, providing some respite. There's only one bathroom with a toilet, so keep that in mind when traveling with children. The kitchen is supposedly nice, but outside its window (in the interior of the building) is a terrible mess, and when you open the window, you're greeted by the stench, noise, and dripping water from the air conditioners in other apartments. Everything seems new, but for example, the kitchen tap fell off (we screwed it back on), the ventilation grille by the bathtub is coming loose, etc. Many things require minor repairs. The partition wall between the stairwell and the apartment is very thin, making it very audible to the footsteps on the stairs, conversations, and slamming doors from other apartments.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking basic utensils for a group of four (no larger pots, only three mugs for four people). The towels, although clean, were very worn. They weren't white, but gray, giving an unpleasant, dirty, unwashed impression. The apartment showed numerous signs of use from previous tenants that should have been removed (cracked tiles, a wall sagging from impact, peeling paint and plaster from the kitchen wall, a damaged kitchen countertop, and a bathtub curtain rail that was detached from the wall). This gave a bad impression. Of course, with all these minor issues, the place was livable and functional. However, I manage short-term rentals myself, and I firmly believe that such defects should be avoided during a rental. Despite these observations, I consider my stay in the apartment to be successful and I might even return to the same place, as I am delighted with the location of this apartment and the beauty of Lisbon itself.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement en famille et avons apprécié l'emplacement qui est vraiment central.

Nous étions au premier étage et donc avions le bruit du tram 28 qui passe dans cette rue qui est déjà très vivante.

Es ist ein schönes Gebäude und auch innen hat uns die Architektur überzeugt. Die Wohnung ist gross und für 2 Leute absolut perfekt. Bei 4 Erwachsenen wäre es deutlich zu eng für uns. Auch mit nur einem Bad wäre dies dann keine Option.

Es ist sehr sehr sehr sehr laut. Egal ob andere Gäste nachts um 3 betrunken nach Hause kommen, das Cafe, welches unten im Haus ist, Lieferung bekommt oder die Bahn direkt vorm Fenster fährt - es ist einfach nie ruhig. In der Küche riecht es nach Schimmel und an den Wänden geht die Farbe ab. Das Bad hat auch schon bessere Tage erlebt. Duschvorhang und Fugen leider eklig. Die Fliesen sind schmutzig gewesen und es lagen noch Haare von den Gästen vor uns da.
