Very centrally located, a short walk to cafes and parks with beautiful views over the river. Equipped very well

The internet was intermittent and weak. Ricardo tried very hard to improve it but it was sufficient only in intervals.

Location very good

We are a Family of four (10j & 15j). Enough space for all of us. Very good kitschen. Small supermarket around the corner and very good located.

As it is an old building, you hear the nabours and the street (incl. people walking by). But we knew it and nothing the owner can’t do against it. ALL fine but good to know.

Needed linens for the couch and extra blankets

Excellent location and clean, new appliances and renovated bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff/owner.

Bed and sofa not very comfortable, sheets and towels should be replaced with new ones more frequently. Corridor could use coat hanger, especially when 2-3 people have booked.

the location was good. walking distance to some of popular locations and to the public transport. the staff was very friendly and uncomplicated. the bathroom was a bit tiny and the doors and the floor made squeaking sounds (common in older buildings) and you could hear the neighbours upstairs and the street at night. the neighbors had a couple of doogs which kept on barking the entire night and early in the morning.
