The property was smell bad. Also the linens were dirty. There is no ac in the bedroom, also no window so it was so hot and not ventilated.

Cute place in great location.

No Aircon in the rooms but was cool enough at night to open the widows but there was street noise. Mattresses bare getting back little old.

Loved the church bells ringing, the view over the tiled roofs, the tram passing in front of the unit.

Trams passing by and youngsters having fun are very noisy at night, so no option to leave open any windows. We wanted to be close to the hub, so the noise is acceptable, but we visited during warm summer nights and the only aircon was in the living room, not making any difference to the main bedroom.

Location is great, clean, kitchen well equipped. Communication with host was very good.

The bad is very hard, not comfortable. The sofa bed is not even for one person. The apartment is rather for 2 people.Also, it smells very old.

Apartment was spacious anc in a central location.

Staff not friendly or helpful. Inez met us to collect the 20 euro tax. Very unwelcoming and clear she was only there to collect money. Once she got it she was gone. We hired a car and contacted the property regarding nearby parking. Told there was none in lisbon. This didnt make sense so we did research on our own and found oarking garage 5 mins away. Apartment was tired looking and could benefit from a redo. Dishwasher had a pungent smell. Opened it to find stagnant water. Sincere cause for health concern.

High beautiful ceillings and a good location. Little coffee machine

One of the “double bed” is actually two super uncomfortable ones put together to separate in the middle of the night. Dishwasher not working and is super stinky inside. Some of the pots and dishes had food leftovers on them. Bad value for money.

This apartment is great! I had some hesitation after some poor reviews but it exceeded our expectations. It was a huge space! Actually had a second room set up as an office so we used this as a nursery. The trams were LOUD with the windows open but during the day it was great listening to them and watching them speed past the building. Great location for walking everywhere and catching the 28 tram. Had a full kitchen and washing machine also. Good communication from staff from the time of booking.

The bed was very uncomfortable, firm but also springy - this could be resolved with a plush mattress topper. Also to note - didn't bother us but it's up a few flights of stairs so if you have lots of luggage or are less ambulant this may not be for you.

The property location was great. Easy access to all main attractions. The property was very spacious and clean. Everything was great!

The location was perfect for our requirements.

I'm an architect so I could see how the apartment had been converted to a 2 bedroom apartment from what I assume was a 1 bed apartment previously. The 2nd bedroom appears to have been the former hallway and required the relocation of the wall to accommodate a bed, resulting in the reduction in the size of the other bedroom. The sitting area was also compromised significantly. My preference would have been for it to remain a 1 bed apartment.

Location is quite good

The mattresses are in quite a bad state, we could not sleep well. And there is a heavy mold smell at the house, upon contacting the facility owners they did something to remove the smell for a day but it returned the following day.
