Picures are not real. There are no widows in the bedroom. Kitches with the balcony to the street is also fake. Very loud house. You can't open windows at night. Old house, you hear everything up and downs. Anoying and irritating owner sends you messages daily. Asking for tourist tax confirmation three times (i sent preliminary before arrival). Wi-fi is weak. Router in the living room and in the kitches wifi works badly. All the the doors squeak and you hear them at night and from neighbourse too. Entereing door has wide holes and very old. Price is comletely unacceptable

The location was amazing, near all the cafes and sights. It was very central. The hosts were overall responsive

The place looked nothing like in pictures. The bedroom has no windows and was very stuffy to breathe in. The fan that was provided for the bedroom was so noisy that i couldn't turn it on at night, while the living room ac was too weak to reach the bedroom. Walls were dirty and the wood floors were dilapidated. The views were nothing like in the pictures as the bedroom had no windows and the kitchen had a view of another apartment in the building and there was no balcony as shown in the pictures, which was very disappointing as this was the reason i booked the apartment. Given the close proximity of buildings, it was uncomfortable not to have any curtains on any of the windows. The building and the apartment were quite old there were a lot of different smells coming through. Charging over 200e / night was excessive given the condition of the place. Overall wouldn't recommend, better stay in a hotel.

There was no cleaning through our weekly stay, that would be great to have it included in case of long stays. There was also an issue with blanket, as we asked for such as we were staying in cold period of time. That wasn’t provided, only additional pack of bedding set, that was not equal. We also had to ask for more garbage bags and toilet paper, that should's be an issue in case of few-days stay, bylutvwe were staying for 7 days, would be better to have that taken in account.

Beds were not comfortable sewer smell in the kitchen right next to the 28 Tram and all the noise from the street comes into the apartment

This is a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment at a prime location in Lisbon. The equipment is truly outstanding -- WiFi, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, vacuum cleaner, ironing board -- everything is there! Absolutely outstanding!

No complaints at all.

Good location and hosts easy and quick to communicate us, kitchen had everything you could need and everything was clean and neat!

sleeper couch didnt come with anything - no blankets, no pillows. had to use the pillows off the main bed and the little blanket off the main bed used the spare sheet in the cupboard as the sheet.
