The apartment has the best location. You can take the famous tram number 28 as you walk out,the funicular is in 300 meters,Baixa Chiado and Rossio stations just 10 minutes walk. The view was amazing,the trams,the church (you can hear the bells),beautiful pink sky during sunset (we had booked the two bedroom apartment). The kitchen was spacious and with all necessary equipment. Communication with the staff was great.They were very helpful. And check in process was easy. I will definitely book the same apartment for my next trip to Lisbon.

The apartment has a convenient location, close to the metro station Baixa and close to many attractions. When in the morning you are full of energy, you leave the apartment and go up the hill. When you go home at the end of the day, you go downhill. The apartment was very clean. The renovation is not new, but there’s a new kitchen with new appliances. The kitchen has many utensils. There’s a kettle and a coffee machine with capsules. The owner provides consumables, such as shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules. There’re tea and coffee capsules. We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. We had enough space. The apartment is bright and cosy. It has high ceilings and has a good view from the window.

There’s no elevator in the entrance and you need to walk up the steep wooden stairs to the apartment. The flat’s door is very thin. You can hear everything. There is a tram under the windows and next to the apartment it is a church with a bell tower. These sounds didn’t bother us, but keep it in mind.There are no curtains on windows but there’re wooden shutters.

The location was good but a lot of noise from the tram, the traffic and people from the street. It's hard to sleep at night. Check-in and instructions were easy to follow.

It's an old house and the floor creaks when you walk in the apartment and the neighbor downstairs complains. Facilities were broken. The staff tried to fix it but couldn't.

Great Location. Close to restaurants and shopping trams etc. Spotlessly clean and great views from the balcony, Trams right outside the door too. Amazing brunch restaurant just downstairs

Overall the apartment was great however the cooker hob kept restarting when we tried to cook breakfast. We contacted and it was sorted but it happened again the next day so we just abandoned any plans for cooking
