The location of the apartment was good, very close to the key areas and restaurants in Lisbon. It was a beautiful apartment with some lovely period features and the Sofa was comfortable, there was a dishwasher too but being only two of us we didn't need to use it during our stay. We had several issues, and each time the landlord whatsapped us back straight away but nothing was resolved.

There were no keys for the building or the apartment, just a key pad, which would be fine, if the keypad worked every time. Sometimes we were having to put the code in 10 times to get it to work. So that was quite annoying. The bathroom smelt of drains/sewage. It was so bad that we just had to leave the extractor fan on sometimes. I did tell the landlord immediately, but they presumably know about it (because there was an awful pungent air fragrance thing in there) and can't do anything about it. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were awful, might as well sleep on candyfloss. They went to nothing when lying on them. Some parts of the stairwell smelt of urine a couple of times when walking up to the apartment, and whoever was in the flat above enjoyed stomping up and down their room (my assumption is they don't want apartments in their building let out on Booking.com and were trying to be disruptive because no one walks up and down an apartment 20 times in a row stomping that hard on the floor). It was really annoying as we were trying to work. All in all comparing this at a cost of £120 per night to staying at a hotel nearby that we moved to for the same price per night...I'd definitely choose the hotel over this!

location is perfect nice ,clean and cozy apartment

The apartment is great, however the second room is very small, there were no sheets for the quilts that were in the closet, the sheets were not clean... It was impossible to turn on the air conditioner because the batteries were old and leaking inside. However, it is important to note that I did not report this to the owner of the apartment. Beyond that, the apartment is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee maker to the oven and a washing machine, iron, hair dryer. And the location is excellent

should check things like batteries in the remote control, that the air conditioner is working, you should have an extra set of bed linen, and maybe an extra set of towels

Location is very good.the room itself is beautiful.clean its complete lime home.2 bedroom.sitting room,kitchen/dining and the shower unit are complete.

Arrival,we arrived pooring rain.as its my first time to stay in apartment.im expecting to have sign in the door at least but no sign.the combination in the door did not work therefore we called and by the time we got the correct combination we are soaking wet outside in street.but as soon as we get in side is very good.

Location is great, host is very kind and helpful

Looks a bit different from the pictures as in its more old fashion than you expected, also there is not pleasant smell, like humidity in the flat.

A really beautiful apartment, exactly as the pictures, and ideally located. There is quite some noise in the streets (Tram and cars), but the windows are sound-proof, so as long as you keep them closed, you are fine. Especially since the beds are really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place! The kitchen has everything you need, and there is a grocery shop just down in the street, next to the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Communication with host was easy and very accommodating with us.

we had to carry heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs since we were leaving Lisbon on a transatlantic voyage.
