Great size of the apartment. Bedroom was massive with a walk-in wardrobe and dual door bathroom Living room spacious and comfy We didn’t use kitchen but it had all what we would need Location is so convenient with a great breakfast spot around the corner.

The location is fantastic, right on the main avenue with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The convenience of having a parking place in the underground garage was a huge plus. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions, the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The apartment itself is comfortable and bright.

While the apartment's central location is convenient, the street noise can be occasionally disruptive. The elevator and garage are quite narrow, which might be challenging for larger vehicles. The apartment itself could use some renovation; the windows are difficult to close, and the floor appears damaged, giving it a somewhat unclean look, though overall cleanliness is not an issue. Additionally, the sofa bed is broken and seems suitable only for small children.

Great location, nice apartments but we couldn't find anywhere to dispose of rubbish so had to use the bins for neighbouring properties to get rid of the rubbish. Plus the external door instructions could be better, we had to ask a resident for help. A short video clip with thorough instructions would be very helpful. Plus a minor issue was the clock didn't work 🙃

English instructions on how to use washing machine would have been helpful

This apartment has excellent qualities, a perfect location to go everywhere on foot and, above all, the private parking is a success since it is a very busy avenue and there is no parking in the area. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, they even leave you oil, vinegar, some coffee capsules and more to maintain cleanliness. It has a washer and dryer and the wifi works perfectly.

We are a family and we had to use the sofa to sleep and I have to say the quality of the sofa is terrible and the curtains in the living room allowed a lot of light, it would be interesting to change these two things because they damage a bad sleep quality

Very modern, has everything you need for a comfortable time in Lisbon. Nice location, very safe, great small cafes nearby and close to the city center. Comfortable bed, shower and great appliances.

I think the floor needs some deep cleaning, there’s some stains that I’m sure would come out with proper cleaning.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Unit looks just like the pics.

Couldn’t get in at 3pm. When I arrived the cleaning person said he needed another 15 minutes so I had to find somewhere to hang until the apartment was ready.
