2 beautiful bdr upscale flat embracing Tejo!

Great neighbourhood (Principe real), nice living room, lot of space and super well equipped. Each bedroom has its bathroom. The bottle of white wine and crackers...

One of the bedroom does not have windows (only the bathroom has). Lack of sound insulation. Light could be better

EVERYTHING. The balcony was incredible and the location just perfect right next to anamazing square with a lively vibe and great places to eat and drink. A local young vibe and again the view from The room is WOW

The only was a kettle was missing for tea and maybe a full length mirror. But that is it!! Perfect other wise will defo come back and stay we fell in love with Lisbon and the flat was a big part of that.

There is no metro or bus nearby, so you have to walk at least 15-20 min.

We loved Principe Real—it's the hip neighborhood with beautiful architecture, restaurants, bars, shops, and parks we were expecting. The apartment is located right by a stunning park, and at walking distance from a metro, tram, and train, which made it easy to get around. The apartment is beautiful, with a stunning view of Lisbon from the top floor balcony. The host was responsive and helpful during our stay, even helping with a power outage, and they were flexible on timing of checkout given we were traveling with a baby. Would gladly stay here again when visiting Lisbon!

The 4-story staircase was an experience when carrying up and down our luggage during checkin/checkout, but we didn't mind it during the stay itself and that wouldn't stop us from staying here again or recommending it to friends/family.

とても良いエリアにあり、レストランやカフェもすごくクオリティが高い。土曜日にはすぐ近くの公園でBIOのマーケットが開かれ、新鮮で美味しい野菜や果物が手に入ります。 清潔で居心地の良いリビング・ダイニング、窓を開けると心地よい風が入り、美しいタイルの景色も楽しめます。 キッチンはフル装備でキッチンツールも充実しており、自炊にとても便利でした。 ベッドも寝心地が良く、全体的にとても快適なアパートです。 チェックイン時に対応してくれたHugoさんはとても親切で温かく、本当に感じの良い方でした。また戻ってきます！

フルキッチンで設備も整っていてとてもありがたかったのですが、冷蔵庫がかなり小さく、食材を入れるスペースがほとんどなかったのが残念でした。 自炊を考えていたので、キッチンの充実度とのバランスを考えると、もう少し大きな冷蔵庫だったら嬉しかったです。 また、これは事前に分かっていたことですが、大きなスーツケースが2つあったため、エレベーターなしで上の階まで運ぶのはかなり大変でした。 キャリーバッグ程度なら特に問題ないと思います。本当にオススメです！
