2 beautiful bdr upscale flat embracing Tejo!

Communication between host and client shoulb be easier using the booking app.

We had a pleasant stay in this charming, albeit compact, apartment, which boasted a magnificent view. The apartment's location was ideal, and the host was responsive throughout our stay.

Only drawbacks of our stay included the four-story climb to the apartment, the absence of essential kitchen staples such as cooking oil, salt, and pepper, and the responsibility of disposing the trash.

Clean, comfortable beds, two full bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, great Location. LOVED the balcony!!! Totally worth staying in the top floor so we could enjoy the views and fresh air (morning coffee & evening wine). Having the washing machine was huge for laundering everything before starting the 2nd half of our trip. There is a market just down the street, walking distance to parks, shopping, nightlife, restaurants and it is quiet at night.

Nothing. Would absolutely stay here again!!! Be prepared for a climb up the narrow stairs with your luggage but you only have to do that once. Hey, it’s Lisbon

1. Very beautiful apartment. It had complete facilities. We were thankful for the washer after 5 days up north. The coffee machine works perfectly. 2. We each had a bathroom to ourselves so that was great too. 3. Gui, who met us, was very helpful. He told us we could park on the street for free that Sunday we arrived but we will need to pay starting on Monday. It worked out well as we returned the rental car later that Sunday evening. 4. Gui also helped lug our large suitcases up the 3 floors; for this, we are very grateful.

1. Joana wasn't very responsive to my enquiries about nearest parking. But she was very quick to send an email about rating the property. 2. We were asked to take our garbage out. This is weird because we reserved the property through Booking.com, and not AirBnB. 3. 3 floors up is no joke. 4. The pillows could be replaced.

Minor problems....... Coffee machine leaks Washing machine not level - vibrates Dishwasher not fixed to units so can tip forward. Bathroom extractor fan needs changing - noisey.

its too cold no gas or heating system only A/C which it doet not working properly.

The location is absolutely perfect. Principe Real has a neighborhood feel yet is a short walk to Barrio Alto and all the main tourist sites. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The living room is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen appliances are super.

The bedrooms are a little bit small, but that didn't bother us.
