St Amaro- Chic Terrace Studio Lisbon Congress

This apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. All amenities we needed were present including coffee maker, general appliances etc. It was in a more residential area near the conference centre but it was easy to get to shopping areas via Uber. After a few days visiting the more tourist areas it was kind of refreshing not be too close to the crowds. There are also some good restaurants a short walk away including a Michelin star Portuguese restaurant. Our hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had and provided some helpful suggestions.

Not much! Some of the things cannot be changed (e.g. pretty thin walls so could hear neighbour TV, very steep street).

Bas smell from the toilet

Great communication from the hosts Marco and Marta. The access to the apartment via a keycode was very easy and better than having to meet to handover keys (as we arrived late). The apartment was in the perfect location for us with access to the tram and train(15 min walk). We were close to LX factory which we enjoyed for food and drinks and would recommend to visit. Lidl is very close which was great for some basic supplies. There are taxi on the next street if you need to travel anywhere, they seem to be readily available. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, aircon and the shower is great. Thanks again for a great stay.

The apartment is located on a hill, while it was fine for us, it may not be as easy for less mobile visitors so thought I would mention. It would not prevent me from staying at this apartment again. It was perfect for a short city break.

The host Maria and Marco ware great and always available. As we ware arriving at 12 noon , Marco let us check in early 😀 amazing gesture . The apartment is a great little place , very clean , with a great little terrace , perfect for morning coffees.

Everything was amazing

Great location for activities at the conference center. Easy access to public transit to go downtown or to Belém.

Note that you will have to pay Lisbon's city tax separately, not through Booking.com. Best to clarify arrangements for that before you book, to avoid the hassle of setting up an international bank wire transfer after the fact!

Everything, super cute, clean and comfortable, it was raining so we didn’t get to use the outside area, but it looked super comfy with a full kitchen, they left coffee for us to make and water in the fridge which was very thoughtful. The street is great for parking, found spots in front of the apartment everyday. Have already recommended to a friend coming to Lisbon and will keep on recommending.

The aircon was a bit funny to figure out how to work, but they were always super responsive and helpful, amazing communication and friendly.
