St Amaro- Chic Terrace Studio Lisbon Congress

This a very small, but a very comfortable place to stay. It is not, however, an open place and there is no view outside. For all days, I was at the conference, so no big deal. It is a little bit noisy as you can hear the planes departing above the city mainly at night. Problem solved with earplugs. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the place, spotless. Moreover, all towels and blankets were fluffy and you could smell the odor of fabric softener. That made me very happy. Fully equipped kitchen, Lidl shop grocery 8 minutes walk, a small bakery in the next street about 1-minute walk. Almost next to the bus/tram stop. For a dinner, I do recommend nearby restaurant O Lutador. Fantastic food and they are not expensive.

Loved the space! It was easy check in/check out.

Was not really centralized, but it was nice to be away from crowds and in a residential neighborhood.

Nice clean apartment on ground floor. Kitchen equipped. Communication with the host by phone and e-mail only but OK. The tiny yard must be very pleasant in hot summer. Location near the Congress center and stops of public transport is very handy.

The quality of my stay was made substantially worse by a permanent bad smell probably by mildew. I was trying to ventilate as much as possible, but the smell was very persistent.

Well-equipped, clean and tidy flat. The door is opening with a personalized code. Safe area with easy access to public transportation. The hosts were kind and caring.

Only one blanket on the double bed. First time it was a bit strange but eventually it was comfy.

The apartment had everything we needed; there is a lovely bakery 2 min walk from there, great place to have breakfast. LX factory is also nearby which I loved! The communication with Marco and the team was perfect
