Good location, quiet and easy to access by taxi to the centre. Comfy beds and spacious apartment. Great to have extended check out time as we had a late flight home.

Needs some attention to paintwork in places. Only one of the three showers could be used due to unpredictable water temperature and shower fitting in the biggest bedroom (which was broken) which was disappointing when there were four of us.

Parking pod kamienica - duży plus. Stara kamienica posiadająca swój urok.

Poziom czystości kuchni pozostawiał dużo do życzenia:( niedomyta lodówka. Grzyb i karaluchy w łazienkach były obrzydliwe. Jeden niesprawny prysznic zalewał całą podłogę w łazience.

A casa é linda, super espaçoso e aconchegante, bem localizado, a 5 min andando da estação de metrô, em frente a ponto de ônibus, bairro próximo de diversos restaurantes e de mercados, o anfitrião foi solícito, educado e respondia rápido.

o único problema foi com as portas do banheiro que não haviam fechaduras, o box do banheiro dava direto para o quarto, sendo assim não havia privacidade no banho e no ato check out o responsável por fazer a limpeza após a saída ficou nos apressando faltando 20 minutos para o limite de horário, solicitou a entrada no apartamento, começou a limpeza conosco ainda se retirando do local, foi ríspido e quase quebrou pratos ao colocar na lava louças.

Lisbon itself is a great city to visit. Nice people all around and feels very safe everywhere. Property management team was also very polite. Neighborhood is lovely

Apartment on 3rd floor. Condition very far from the pictures, as they were taken at least a decade ago. Old, badly maintained, dirty spaces, worn off furniture. Everything you see is either broken or dirty. To the point that we tried not to touch any surfaces and not sit on sofas because of hygiene concerns. After arrival we had at least clean the fridge and remove stains from the toilet seats. One of the bedrooms was really uninhabitable – practically no window, small, even with something that looks like biological stains on the walls. We usually not a picky family, but we all felt really uncomfortable here. It was the first time we told the kids not to take off their shoes inside the apartment. The building contains a few similar apartments under the same management company. Maybe some of them can be better. We honestly told the property manager our complaints on the day one. And of course received a lot of polite but pathetic excuses.
