"Beautiful & spacious but need maintenance"

Spacious, sufficient Bedrooms and Bathrooms for everyone. Flashy design. Very nice neighborhood surrounded by good restaurants, shopping mall and museum. The cleaning staffs were very nice and helped us carry our large luggages.

Minor annoying issues. I wish the owner spend a few nights there to experience the usability e.g. no place to hang towels in the bathroom, the dining chair cushions are thin you can feel the wooden frame. Hair dryer was overheated after a few minutes of usage. There was a hole on the floor in front of the kitchen sink. TV was big but the audio was broken and the TV was covered by a glass panel. The elevator didn’t function properly, the door can’t be open from inside on the 3rd floor

"A spacious apartment for a small group of travellers."

The apartment is spacious

The lift was out of order, we had to move the luggages from staircase. The apartment is some distance from airport but we still could hear the planes sound especially at night and in the morning. Some of the furniture ( wardrobe door ) and household equipments ( hairdryer ) are not function well.

"Disappointing."

Had 3 bedrooms.

Maintenance of the property was poor. No water pressure for a decent shower in the separate bathroom. The toilet cistern in that bathroom was faulty. The location was not pleasant.

"Very pleasant and comfortable appartment!"

Nicely styled and spacious appartment. All bedrooms had very comfortable clean beds and a bathroom. Clear and very pleasant communication with the host Raquel via WhatsApp.

It’s an old building, so you’ll hear noises of the neighbours, depending on how considerate they are. Besides notifying the neighbours, there’s nothing the host can do about that.

There are some details in the apartment that need to be fixed. Bigger towels, the speaker in the living room wasn’t great.
