Bon accueil de la personne qui nous a reçu. L'emplacement, spacieux et confortable, bien équipé, lumineux. Bonne literie. Nombreux rangements.

L'odeur dans les salles de bains. Écoulements lents de la douche et de la baignoire. Cuisine bien équipée, un peu juste en verres et couverts. Pas d'accès à la terrasse. Mécanismes des fenêtres et volets vieillissants (blocage en position ouverte et aimants pour les volets).

Vibrant nightlife district

Location was excellent! Everything is walkable.

The terrace was magical. The kitchen was gorgeous. The living room was spacious. The master bedroom was terrific

1) the stairs between the living room and the den need the railing updated. I cut my thumb twice on the metal edge walking downstairs 2) the soap dispenser in the master bedroom shower fell off a couple times. May need a new holder

in the weekend there is a lot of noise from the party street :)

It was close to everything. It was spacious and it had multiple bathrooms.

It smelled like sewage in the main room. The elevator was broken, so we had to walk up five flights of steps with our luggage. They did not tell us about the elevator being broken until we arrived, but we had been communicating with them weeks in advance. The elevator was never fixed but they did give us a 20% refund. There were no extra towels provided. There were no extra trash bags provided even though we had a long stay.

Terrace on the roof was very good, nightlife around the area and near the water and good food spots. Beds were comfortable.

Hand railing on the stairs was so sharp it left several members of the party with cuts including one left needing to get stitches from a nearby pharmacy. The bathroom in the en-suite in the main bedroom had an awful smell as if there was a drain issue, unless the extractor fan was left on all day it would stink up the entire apartment.
