FLH Baixa Spacious Apartment

The location is very convenient, right in the downtown. The host was responsive. Wifi worked properly. Overall it was clean, there were clean towels. The apartment was spacious for our group of 5.

HUGE problem is that there were lots and lots of cockroaches everywhere! I was very disappointed that for that kind of apartment we paid this price, and we couldn’t relax because the cockroaches were everywhere, from small to big ones. It made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Also, one of the showers was clogged.

Everything was great

Perfect for family of 4 with older children. So spacious. Everything there that you need. Location excellent. Walking distance to plenty of sightseeing and metro/bus access so close. You are really in the hub of Lisbon. Sound proof windows from the busy street to have good rest at night. Staff of FLH were very helpful and kind!

It’s a fine apartment and an amazing location. But it is not luxury. The air con condensation was leaking lots of water from the ceiling to the floor making it a dangerous slipping hazard. The shower was also very poor draining and not so clean. Overall though a decent place to stay

Apartament is located in a very center of the town. It's very spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. It's on 4th floor without elevetor.

At the beginning there was unpleasant smell from the bathroom and smell of humidity in one of the bedroom. I didn't know that the apartamebt is located on 4th floor.

Location is okay and place was huge.

Host did not respond earlier to query that the unit does not have an elevator which elderly people like us need. Upon check in at 3pm, the place was still far from being cleaned :-( Despite the delay, host could have made up for it by attending to our small requests: 1) We requested for additional toilet paper towel but host said that they only provide for 1 day of use only even if our stay was for 3 nights :-( 2) We also requested that the 4 flights of stairs be swept clean as it was dirty (with dirt brought inside the rooms) but the host responded that they are not responsible for the stairs' cleanliness as they only manage the apartment rooms and NOT the building :-( 3) Shower and lavatory drains were clogged. While we requested that it be fixed, they just provided us a plunger for us to use which of course didn't work at all. Suggestion: If they can please lower the height of the locker hanger rods in one of the rooms. One needs to be a giant to be able to reach it.

Very close to the beach and other parts of the area.

When we first arrived at the property, the lights didn’t switched on. Couldn’t use bathtub because it didn’t have drain plug, we specially booked it because of that. The apartment above us made a lot of noise, it was unbearable to sleep till 4am. I called the property as well but they didn’t do anything as they don’t deal with that apartment. The Air Con made very loud noise every 24 seconds.
