"Bien situado pero tienen que mejorar su mantenimiento"

El apartamento está bien equipado y situado a unos 10 minutos de una boca de metro, con línea directa a la plaza del Rossio. Supermercado cerca. Tiene aire acondicionado que funciona bien y camas cómodas.Es amplio. Facilidad para hacer el check in. Nos han dejado cápsulas de café para todos los días y productos de limpieza . Cómo sugerencia tiene que mejorar el mantenimiento de algunas cosas.

A la llegada tuvimos que contactar con el alojamiento porque nos encontramos una ventana rota,entendemos que no lo sabían o estarían en proceso de arreglarla.Contactamos con ellos y se lo hicimos saber.Se disculparon pero durante nuestra estancia no hemos sabido nada más No teníamos toallas de manos.No sé si es algo normal en Portugal.Lo comentamos pero no nos proporcionaron ninguna. El wifi apenas funciona Lo intentamos con varios dispositivos.No ha sido algo de mucha importancia para nosotros. El sofá está muy desgastado.Si pusieran una funda sería más agradable. El apartamento está muy bien pero se nota que pasan muchas personas y que no cuidan su mantenimiento,hay desconchones en alguna pared y techos y una puerta que cuesta abrir y cerrar y se desengancha.Nuestra sugerencia es que arreglen esas pequeñas cosas y solucionen el tema wifi y seguro que tienen mejor puntuación porque está muy amplio y cómodo y bien situado. Las fotos que compartimos son de los desperfectos del apartamento ya que piden una fianza de 250 €y fotografiamos lo que nos pareció importante para que no haya problemas en su devolución. Las fotos de Booking hacen justicia al apartamento.Es tal cual. Nada de esto ha impedido que pasemos unas vacaciones estupendas en Lisboa.

The view

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Apartment! I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from facing the same issues. My stay in Lisbon, Portugal, booked through Booking.com, was beyond disappointing. To start, the apartment is located at the top of a steep hill, making access difficult, especially with luggage. However, this was just the beginning of our troubles. From the moment we arrived, communication with the staff was abysmal. Despite being provided with three contact numbers, none of them answered our calls. We ended up waiting for two hours before we could check in, only to discover we were not the only ones. A few days later, we encountered a family of five experiencing the same issue, stranded outside with no response from the staff. When we finally entered the apartment, we were horrified to find it in a filthy state. Garbage was strewn throughout, and the bathroom was particularly disgusting, with used sanitary pads left in the toilet, causing a foul odor. Despite this, the property managers were completely unresponsive, even in emergencies. We had to contact Booking.com for assistance, and even they struggled to get a response initially. Eventually, a man who spoke no English except for the word "clean" showed up at our door without any prior notice from the property owners, which was highly unprofessional and unsettling. We made numerous attempts to communicate, including calls, texts, and even considering legal action, but the property owners consistently avoided all forms of contact. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I strongly urge potential guests to think twice before booking this apartment. The owners are unresponsive and unreliable, leaving guests helpless in case of any issues or emergencies. Despite our efforts, we received no compensation or resolution.

Furniture was fine, they even had umbrellas to use in case of rain. You need to pain attention related to the elevators. They’re old and you need to close manually or it won’t move. One elevator is not working. There are 2 entrances of the building, one at the 6th floor and the other one from the basement. As for this you can realize the difference of levels. The apartment surrounding is good as you can find markets, 2 different subway stations, etc, only pay attention to the levels as Lisboa is all about uphills 😅

Thiago wanted to charge us twice for the 250 fee. Also, he was not responding the messages and also gave the wrong code to be able to entry. Once we were able to talk to Maria she was very helpful.
