very peaceful and the sunset view is 100/10. friendly staff.

no full body mirror, wifi a bit slow, and only one elevator is working. but the rest were totally good and the overlooking view is stunning.

The place is spacious with a good list of facilities. Overall location is nice with a cool view of the city.

The apartment in photos is brighter and more cozy, but in real life it looks cheaper. We hadn't been notified that we had to pay extra city tax and discovered that only during check-in. Information about the necessary deposit of 250 euros we had got several days before check-in and by that time we already had been in Portugal. So we really didn't like this situation. Also, the light bulb in one room didn't work and the administration could change it only in two days.

The accommodation itself was very nice and well equipped. The view was amazing and we had everything we needed. The accommodation was close to bus stops and walking distance for metro stop. They were kind enough to let us store the luggage there before check in.

We had some troubles reaching the gentleman who was supposed to give us the keys, as the phones were not dialling. Depending on which side of the building you are arriving from, you could get in on the ground floor or the 6th floor. We did not know where the gent' will be, so we were waiting and got a bit frustrated after a while. Aster we have manaed to find each other, it was fin and he was very helpful. Also, we have asked for 2 duvet on the king bed as I was sleeping there with a colleague of mine, but they couldn't provide one, they said, when there were plenty duvet in the closet. I guess they did not have the cover at hand. Also, during the booking process it was not noted (or at least I have not seen) that we have to do a 250€ pre-authorisation as deposit. When I used to work in a 5* hotel in Amsterdam we only did 100€ there so I felt like it is a bit much, also compared to my wage, I was very much missing this amount from my travel budget. It would have been nice to know it beforehand as I do understand the purpose, but could have prepared better if I know before arriving to Portugal. The authorisation was released, so all is good. In Lisabon you always have to walk up hill, so if you know that, you will be fine. If you are and anti walking up person (then why go there :D ?) then this accommodation will be a bit troublesome for you as from al direction you have to walk up. We were fine with it , but also good to know. Would have taken an uber with the luggage when we arrived.

Attentive staff, clean, great value, quiet location with a lovely view, worked well for a family with equipped kitchen and washer/dryer

Like others hade said, it’s located up a hill so it’s a short “hike” coming back

The decoration is very modern and the flat is really spacious with a great view to the city. Not really far from the city center is you use uber or bolt. The metro is like 10 min away walking but you have to go down the hill to go to the metro and would probably see homeless people on the streets in the metro area. Supermarkets near to the flat and comfortable beds.

The checkin is horrible. They want to charge you depending on the hour of your arrival and it's super complicated. You have to wait for a person to give you the keys. The ask you to put on hold 250€ that they would return 2 weeks after you leave the flat. The location is good if you take ubers and don't go down to the areas near to the flat, where you can see homeless and people sleeping on the streets, the people who respond the bookings chat are not very useful. Depending of who you are talking with.

The apartment was as shown on the pictures, it has a great location, close to metro station and food shops. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds are comfy. The communication with the host was smooth and quick.
