Great location, great view. Everything new and confortable.

This apartment was the first one which I have been - which looked better than on the photos :-) Very elegant, very clean, well prepared for our stay. The apartment looks like new renovated, as the same the building. Everything like described (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, each bedroom and the living room with airconditioning). The location is very good - we've been mostly walking to all main Lisbon attractions. Few shops around, several bars and restaurants. In fact at the ground floor of the building are some bars and the street is quite noisy, but a big plus for the windows - with closed windows you will mute all the noices from outside. Very comfortable apartment. I highly recommend.

Just a small detail: maybe could be placed couple of capsules for the coffee machine, so we would know which one shall be bought for next coffees ;-)

Very light. Excellent air conditioning system. Very good black out shutters so no noise or light from the street below.

The door into the street which was operated through an app did not close properly. All the tenants found it to be a problem and not good for security.

Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes. Lively.

Location. Location. Location. It's in the middle of some amazing restaurants and bars, a short walk to many forms of public transport and a bus stop right outside the building. Ubers take 2-3 mins for pick up. A very well renovated building. With elevator. A very comfortable size of apartment - 2 decent sized bedrooms, good bathrooms. And the amazing thing is it's right above 3 cafes, and on a very busy street. But when you close the windows you don't hear a thing - the sound proof windows are amazing. I travelled from India, so the hosts were responsive on Whatsapp and message.

The location was good, but apart from that the accommodation and provider were terrible. At least the washing machine worked.

Almost everything! Firstly the accomodation provider was asked if we could do an early check-in as we were coming from just around the corner. The day prior they said they would contact me as soon as the property was ready, then silence.... We sat outside for over 3 hours and sent messages, but no reponse. Finally, when it came to check in time we entered the property and it had been clear no one had been there the entire time. Secondly the property did not have a clothes dryer as stated when booked. No wardrobe in the second bedroom. Just a desk. No tea towels. No wifi instructions provided - had to send another message to get these. Nowhere to hang your towels in the ensuite. Ensuite shower drain was blocked and the shower head was pointed to outside, so when we turned on the shower it flooded the ensuite. Then no mop or spare towels to clean it up. And to top off the list, the water heater was not working. Tried to call the emergency numbers listed on booking platform and another two provided by the accommodation provider in messages, no one answered. Contacted the property through booking. Response finally came that someone would be there within an hour to fix. When the hour came and went, I tried to call again and again. Finally one person answered who said the manager and handy men were on their way and didn't know why it was taking so long as they should've been close by, but there weren't answering his messages either. After three hours and numerous message later, we had to leave the property after having ice cold showers as we had a concert to go to. I messaged once again to let them know we had to go out and to fix it before we got back. No response. Missed half the concert as we came back early just in case we needed to pack and move to a hotel. Water heater had finally been fixed, but still no response...

great place to stay with a baby or a toddler: flat street around and a lift in the building! we asked for a crib, but they forgot to bring it. nevertheless we could close a gap between the bed and the wall with some stuff and pillows (there are many of them available) and use normal bed for the baby. new comfortable furniture with a lot of space for storage. excellent equipment of kitchen. washing machine in the apartment! it is pretty quiet place despite of the tram going just under windows. A lot, really a lot restaurants around, some are very good. small shop just at the next building.

be careful with electrical outlets: there are many of them available just at the level of baby at the floor. we had to close them with our luggage or clothes to protect our baby from them. but this is very minor stuff, only valid for families with babies or toddlers.

The apartment and building are clean, new and nicely furnished. The location is GREAT. The Neighbourhood Cafe Lisbon below the apartment is just the BEST and a great addition to the stay, as well as other restaurants and walking distance to touristic sights. Overall a great stay and I would totally recommend it. If we are ever in Lisbon again, would stay here again.

The only things that were not timely comfortable are - 1. I requested the checkin info the day before and only received it after landing. Downloading the app etc with unstable airport wifi and luggage is not great and it should be sent prior to flight. 2. Early checkin was not available and the storage options given to us by the property manager did not exist. We ended up fining a different option. It just took us an hour. Would appreciate updated info.
